Join Cheese Sensory Evaluator Courtney Johnson as you taste your way through the landscape of American artisan cheeses and learn about the producers behind them as well as how the terroir of each region helps to define each cheese. You’ll sip wine and enjoy a variety of different cheeses – all expertly paired with accompaniments designed to enhance their natural qualities.
