Cancelled: Cider & Cheese Pairing at Republic of Cider

Join us for a cheese and cider pairing class! Together with our friends at Republic of Cider, we have curated a selection of 5 artisanal cheeses with 5 of their fine ciders. The 90-minute class will keep you tasting and learning with in-depth information about the styles of cheeses and ciders, sensory notes on the pairings, and light laughter and camaraderie. The class lasts approximately 90 minutes, and attendees will be able to purchase cider and cheeses after the class.
