Cheese & Mead Class at Oppegaard Meadery

Mead and cheese: they pair together in the wildest, craziest ways–and no two pairings are ever the same. Both artisanal products, mead and cheese vary from batch to batch. Join us as we capture a moment in time with six cheeses matched to six meads made by our friends at Oppegaard Meadery in Tukwila. There will also be cheese available for sale after class (as well as, of course, bottles of mead!).
