Join us for a cheese and cider pairing class! Together with the fermentation wizards of Republic of Cider and Woodinville Ciderworks, we have curated a selection of 5 artisanal cheeses with 5 fine ciders. The 90-minute class will keep you tasting and learning with in-depth information about the styles of cheeses and ciders, sensory notes on the pairings, and light laughter and camaraderie. The class lasts approximately 90 minutes, and attendees will be able to purchase cider and cheeses after the class.
