Cheese Church with Cheese Sex Death

We are so excited to be partnering with Erika Kubick of Cheese Sex Death on a “Cheese Church” class on Friday, July 7, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Bickersons Brewhouse Ballard (1514 Leary Wy NW, Seattle, WA 98107).
Erika is a Chicago native and the cheesemonger-turned-preacher behind CheeseSexDeath.com, a website devoted to educating, exciting, and empowering cheese sluts everywhere. Through sultry cheese porn and educational church services, Erika converts common cheese lovers into confident connoisseurs and worshippers of Cheesus.
Cheese Church is a guided tasting and pairing class with Cheese Sex Death’s signature dogmatic flair. In this class, you’ll learn the basics of cheese and cheese pairing, and you’ll taste through a selection of 5 local cheeses and accompaniments we have prepared with Erika. Class will last for about 90 minutes and there will be time to purchase copies of Erika’s book, “Cheese Sex Death” and have her sign them.
Tickets include class instruction and a tasting flight. Beers and other beverages will be available for purchase from the bar inside.
