Join us as we host chef Mat Schuster of San Francisco’s Canela Bistro along with Foods from Spain, a division of the Trade Commission from Spain, for a taste of Spain! In this demonstration style class, we will investigate and taste premium regional ingredients and recipes from Spain. Mat will talk about the culinary applications, and Courtney from Street Cheese will talk about the cheeses.
