Cheese 101 Class

Welcome to cheese school, curd nerds! In this 90-minute class, we will learn how cheese is made, hear about the different types and styles of cheeses, and talk about how to taste and appreciate cheese. We will also taste five different cheeses from Washington, the US, and Europe.

The class will be taught by Street Cheese Co-Founder Courtney Johnson, an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional with an academic teaching background. Courtney has taught cheese tasting classes for PCC Cooking Classes, Theo Chocolate, and private companies in the Greater Seattle Area.

There are 18 seats available, so get yours now!

Please note that per state regulation, at this location masks are required to be worn when not eating or drinking, and that attendees must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event.
