Apologies as we are not available during this time. We are taking advantage of Courtney competing in the Mondial du Fromage in France by taking some time to gather inspiration from European cheese shops, visit creameries in France, Switzerland, and Italy, and to attend the Slow Cheese festival in Bra, Italy.
