Rouzaire’s Pierre Robert is a rich and luscious triple-cream cow’s milk cheese from France. Aged for just three weeks, it is made with pasteurized milk for export to the US. Pierre Robert is named for two friends who decided to make a slightly aged version of the famous triple-cream Brillat Savarin.
