This double-cream Italian-style table cheese is made from pasteurized cow’s milk by Daniel’s Artisan in Ferndale, Washington. The cheese’s exterior gets its bright purple color from being washed with Côte Bonneville Syrah from DuBrul Vineyard in Sunnyside, Washington. Bonneville is a buttery, creamy cheese that gets a sweet, fermenty note from its wine wash. Great with fruit, wine (of course!), soft baked goods, and on any cheese board.
