One of our all-time favorites, this Italian butter bomb is the thing of dreams. La Tur is a Robiola–a soft-ripened, bloomy rind style that is Italy’s answer to France’s Brie. Made from a blend of cow, sheep, and goat’s milks, La Tur is luscious, creamy, and–when perfectly ripe–melts like ice cream. We love it drizzled with a bit of honey, eaten on good bread or straight off the spoon.
