Cheese 101 Class during Weekend Residency on Orcas Island

We are offering an hourlong "Cheese 101" crash course during our weekend residency on Orcas Island. Attendees will receive a selection of cheeses to taste, as well as basic information to aid them in being comfortable approaching and tasting specialty cheeses.
