Valentine’s Market Bazaar at Fair Isle Brewing

Come see us during Fair Isle Brewing’s Valentine’s Market Bazaar! We will be operating our mobile, cut-to-order cheese shop and offering cheese by the wedge or wheel, charcuterie, and fine accompaniments for all your cheese needs. Additionally, we will be making cheese brulées to eat there and cheese brulée kits to take away. We will also have two-ingredient queso dip kits. Essentially, we’ll have everything you need to get you through the Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day!
