You’ve heard of Gouda and Chimay, but there’s so much more to the cheeses of the low countries than what meets the eye! Come explore the world of Dutch and Belgian cheeses. You’ll journey through Northwestern Europe exploring the history, landscape, and variety of cheeses being made in this region. Beyond abbey-style cheeses and red-wax Gouda, we’ll find out what other cheesy treasures are being made in these countries. Together we’ll taste 9 cheeses, each expertly paired with small bites to make them shine!
