Salami & Cheese Tour & Tasting at Salt Blade

Street Cheese and Salt Blade are excited to partner for this perfect pairing of an evening: join us on Wednesday, April 2, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Salt Blade’s salami-making facility in North Seattle. Salt Blade founder Bob will provide a tour of his facility, and Courtney and Tailor of Street Cheese will join him in leading a tasting of cheese and salami pairings. You’ll learn how salami is made and see where the magic happens. You’ll also taste through some of the Salt Blade salami line paired with artisanal cheeses selected by Street Cheese to highlight your charcuterie-eating experience.

Some drinks will be provided. All pairings included in the tasting will be gluten-free. Salamis are all made from pork (although there may be some lamb). Cheese and salami will be available for purchase after the event, as well.
