December Cheese Club Release & Pop-Up Shop

This is the official release date for December Cheese of the Month Club subscriptions. Members will be able to pick up their cheese here during this window, or later on at either Logan Brewing Co. or Bickersons Brewhouse, depending on which option they have chosen. You can sign up for our cheese of the month club through our web store; there are options for a one-month drop, or you can choose a quarterly, 6-month, or annual subscription. Each month subscribers receive a selection of 5 cheeses (about 2 pounds) that are either brand-new to the shop or from a fresh batch of an old favorite that just landed in the shop.

In addition to the cheese club release, we will also be hosting a Pop-Up Cheese Shop from the front window of Discover Burien. We’ll have our entire selection of cheese, charcuterie, and accompaniments available for sale, in addition to cheese plates to-go. You may also pre-order a holiday platter for weekend entertaining and pick it up during this time.
