Cheese & Beer Pairing at Burke Gilman Brewing

Join us for a cheese and beer pairing tasting event at Burke-Gilman Brewing! We are pairing 4 cheeses with 4 beers. Cheeses will be available on a composed plate with the cheeses, one accompaniment, and crackers ($20, serves 1-2) or on a composed cheese-and-charcuterie plate ($25, serves 1-2) with the cheeses, two cured meats, one accompaniment, and crackers. We will also offer charcuterie cones ($15, serves 1-2) featuring three cured meats, one cheese, pickles, mustard, breadsticks, and Quicos for those with a meatier appetite.
