We are partnering with Seattle Beer School to offer a “Choose Your Own Adventure” Beer & Cheese Pairing class!

We will talk through beer and cheese pairing techniques, giving you the tools to make your very own amazing pairings. You’ll have 5 beers and 5 cheeses to choose from. You can choose which path you’d like to go on. Go to page 25 for IPA and cheddar. Go to page 36 for Pilsner and chèvre. Go to page 57 for Stout and gouda!!! WHAT ADVENTURES WILL YOU GO ON!

$60 gets you 5 beers & 5 cheeses plus a virtual adventure the kids will be talking about for centuries. “Yes, grandchild, I was, indeed, a part of that class.”

Beer & Cheese Packages™️ will be ready for pickup Bottleworks Bier in Wallingford on Monday, June 27th.
