If you like cheese and you like pickles, then you’re going to really enjoy cheese and pickle pairings! Join us for an evening of fun flavor combinations. We’ll pair 6 delicious artisanal cheeses with 6 pickled and fermented foods. We’ll explore why different types of ferments taste good together and talk about principles of pairing.
This class will take place on Wednesday, January 21, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Street Cheese.
