Cheese 102 Class

If you have taken our Cheese 101 class and are ready to take it to the next level, this class is for you.

We’ll dig in deeper into the science of cheesemaking and learn how milk becomes cheese. We’ll also learn more about various milk types and how their differences play out in cheese. Along the way, we’ll talk about how to discuss what we are tasting in cheese and explore further our individual preferences for certain styles of cheese.

This class will be held on Wednesday, February 25, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Street Cheese.
